All ceramic products are handmade and intended for indoor use only. Please allow for slight variations from sculpture to sculpture, Every effort will be made to recreate a representation of the photo in my unique style seen throughout the website. By accepting these terms you are accepting there may be slight variations with each sculpture.
All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you (the purchaser) to purchase goods. It does not denote acceptance of your order as availability of goods needs to be verified. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when ordering. I will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been stated correctly. I will advise you on the availability of items ordered and the approximate despatch date.
By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your credit card as detailed at the time of order. Upon payment, title to the goods will pass to you and I will send you a receipted invoice in the post.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of prices displayed but, in the event that there is a pricing error on the website, I will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
Royal Mail 1st Class, Special Delivery and Recorded delivery will be used for small orders. Interlink Express Parcels will be used for large orders. Bulk orders will be despatched via private courier.

World-wide shipping is available but this will incur an additional cost. For a quote on overseas shipping please email oliviajbrown@hotmail.com or call +44 (0)7967 146379. Shipping costs will vary depending on size and weight of package as opposed to price of goods. Insurance will be obtained for goods. Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. I have no control over these charges and bear no responsibility.
Overseas shipments will be packed and shipped by Alban Shipping.
Gift cards can only be redeemed against products featured on the website. Cards are available in exchange for commissioned sculptures also. Gift cards should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non returnable or transferable. Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted. Gift cards can be exchanged for products to an equal value to the face value on the card.Payment can be made online in the online shop via PayPal. Payment can also be made by telephone +44 (0)7967 146379, I accept all major credit cards.. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to me, your order will not be accepted and I will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
I aim to ship all items that are in stock within 5 working days after an order has been placed for UK addresses, 7-14 days for European destinations and within 12-24 days for the rest of the world.
For custom made orders I aim to deliver within four weeks from the order acceptance. Overseas addresses will be advised on an estimated delivery schedule upon receipt of order. As all the products made to order are by their nature bespoke and handmade the delivery time may vary from product to product and at certain times of the year the delivery time may be lengthened - however I will do my upmost to deliver within 4 weeks and if a tighter deadline is needed please contact me as it may be possible to shorten this time for specific orders.I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come - if you are not happy - I am not happy! . If you are not pleased with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 7 days starting from the day the goods have been received. You will be given the option of an exchange or refund. You must contact me before the item is returned. The return address is 22 Woodbine Place, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 6NF. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if you wish to make a return.
I will refund the original credit/debit card used for the purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned items as long as they are received in the condition in which they were despatched.
Please appropriately package the items with the original invoice. For the return of high value items I recommend the appropriate insurance as I will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to me safely unless the item delivered was sent in error or was faulty. The refund will include the full value of the items returned but excluding the original delivery charges. I will not accept returns after 17 days from receipt.
I am unable to offer refunds on overseas orders or on custom commissions made to order - in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction an exchange or offer to remake the sculpture will be made available. I carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them For returns you carry the risk of loss or damage until they have been received by me.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact me immediately and keep the item and packaging used. I will arrange for a courier to pick the parcel up at my expense for inspection. Any damage must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify me will deem that you have accepted the goods. In addition for defective goods I will refund you reasonable costs incurred for postage of the goods, but shall have no further liability to you. If you do not notify me accordingly I shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the goods.
I shall have no liability to you for failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), the following: fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport, impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks, serious illness.
My obligations under these Terms are suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and I will extend the time to perform these obligations for the duration of that period. I will take reasonable steps to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which my obligations under these Terms can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Although I take every care to ensure its accuracy, I make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information placed on the website. The extent of my liability for any breach of these terms and condition shall be limited to the value of goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
You may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on the website solely for the purposes of using this website as a shopping resource. Copying or storing the contents of the website for other than personal use is strictly forbidden.
The copyright, design right and all other intellectual property rights in any products or literature I supply to you will belong to me absolutely.You may not use the materials, documents or other items detailed above for any commercial purpose without my consent.
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
I reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
